It is a good idea to include a brief description of the product as well as a link to where more information may be obtained. Emails usually receive a response the same day. Essentially, your request will be either rejected or accepted. If accepted, shipping details and any other necessary information will be given.

It is our policy to return the items after a review has been completed. However, we will not return software. Once the review has been completed, we will e-mail you and return the item to you to the address you provide in the condition we originally received it in. Additionally, if it is available, we would like to keep the products we review for the primary reason of being able to revisit our review in the future or to answer user questions. Again, it is not mandatory that we keep the product and will be happy to return it to you after review. In the case that we must return a product, the company requesting the review must pay for all shipping costs.

What types of products does TechReviewSource.com cover?
 We review a very large range of consumer electronics from desktop computers to digital cameras to computer hardware. However, we do not review business/enterprise-related products.

How long does a review typically take?
 Reviews are generally ready and posted to the site within a month of receiving the product sample. We can usually get it done sooner and we will keep you updated via email of our progress.

Can I see the review before it is published? 
Yes, but we will not change the review’s content or editorial opinions. We will edit any factual errors or grammatical issues.
