Active Media Products, manufacturer of SSDs and innovative USB drives, has leveraged their expertise in making ultra fast, small form factor SSDs to produce a new line of 600X CF cards for professional photographers.

"Many pro DSLRs can rapid fire up to 10 frames per second, but after the buffer fills they can only shoot as fast as the memory card can write. The memory card becomes a bottleneck in shooting action sequences. These 600X Pro Series cards can write up to 90MB per second, so even in raw mode a high end DSLR will be able to shoot at or near its rated speed for sustained periods", explained Active Media Products' VP of Sales, Jerry Thomson. The new Pro Series of CF cards support 0 to 70 C operating temeratures. These cards are rugged and reliable enough to take into the field, and fast enough to keep up with the action.
